1:22.9	Today we're dealing with the second part of the epic tale of the German battleship Turpitz,
1:28.6	which was finally sunk by RAF bombers on the 12th of November 94, 80 years ago.
1:35.0	Patrick covered all this in his excellent book, Target Turpitz, Xcraft, Agents and Dam Busters,
1:41.3	the epic quest to destroy Hitler's mightiest warship. Patrick, where we left it last time was Operation Source, that extraordinary attempt by Midget submarines to sink the
1:46.3	turpits. And they came very close to doing that, didn't they? That was in the autumn of
1:50.7	1940 through. We've got about another year of the story to go. What do the British decide to do next?
1:57.1	And why, actually, incidentally, do they decide not to make another attempt with midget
2:01.5	submarines? I suppose the obvious answer to that is the Germans are now forewarned and they're not
2:06.3	going to allow that to happen again. Yeah, I think that was really a one-off. I mean, it took a long
