The 2000 Quintuple Murders In Marin & Contra Costa Counties Perpetrated By Self-Proclaimed "Prophet Of God" Glenn Along with Followers Justin Helzer & Dawn Godman
In the summer of 2000, 9 duffel bags were fished out of Northern California's Mokelumne River which contained the disarticulated body parts of 3 individuals, while during the same week in a seemingly unrelated case in the next county over, 2 individuals were shot to death in a small studio apartment in Woodacre, California. Investigators would eventually link both cases to one depraved individual, a self-proclaimed prophet of God who was on a mission to destroy Satan and the LDS church.
