This fall, more than a quarter of a million people are participating in the American foundation

for suicide prevention out of the darkness community walks, raising awareness and funds for

research, education, advocacy, and support programs held in hundreds of cities across

the country, the out of the darkness walks let people know that they are not alone.

Use them courage to open up about their own struggles or loss in an environment of hope

and healing.

The American foundation for suicide prevention has set a bold goal to reduce the suicide

rate 20% by 2025 and they cannot do it without your support.

Be a part of the movement that's helping create a culture that's smart about mental health
