She holds an MFA in film from Florida State University

where she directed the short film The Winter

about a pioneer woman being haunted by an where she directed the short film The Winter,

She later adapted the story into the feature film The Wind,

directed by Emma Tammy.

Teresa has also worked as a staff writer on the Netflix series Midnight Mass, and is the director

of the new feature film Lovely Dark and Deep, about a park ranger investigating mysterious

disappearances in a national park.
