Let's begin today by looking at a passage of scripture that we briefly touched on in the

previous episode, and that's Second Kings chapter 6. So you can follow along if you want.

We won't be staying in this passage very long,

but I thought that it would be a great place to begin for our discussion today.

So 2nd Kings chapter 6, beginning in verse 8, it says,

Once when the king of Syria was warring against Israel,

he took counsel with his servants saying,

at such and such a place shall be my camp.

But the man of God sent word to the King of Israel, beware that you do not pass this place,
