Are you a danger to democracy?

Well, Americans are accustomed to, you know, political opponents trading insults among themselves,

but there is a shift that has recently occurred,

and we're going to analyze this new development on this edition of The End Time Show.

Good afternoon, everybody. I'm Dave Robbins with End Time Ministries. I do thank you for joining me on this edition of the End Time show.

You know, I want to talk to everybody today. I know tomorrow's Thanksgiving, and I wanted to talk to everybody today about America and what's really going on because I'm very thankful for the land that we live in.

And I'm thankful for the system that was put in place by our founders hundreds of years ago

to make sure that we could not be, it would not be mob rule.

It would not be 50% of the vote plus one to change America into a socialistic

country or something like that. And that's going to be very important for us here in the end time.

So let's talk about that today. There's a lot going on in the news about America's a democracy.

But we were not set up to be a democracy, and it's very important that we know that.

We are a constitutional republic, and I'm going to make sure a lot, I don't even know if kids are being taught this in school anymore,

because they're being so indoctrinated, but we're going to talk about the differences in America and how

that's going to help us fulfill God's destiny for America here in the end time. You know,

America's founding as a republic, rather than a pure democracy, it is a safeguard against radical shifts in government, particularly the rise of,

let's say socialism or a one-world government in America. We don't want that. A democracy could

easily embrace socialism through a single vote. Think about that. 50% of the vote plus one. Whereas

right now in our constitutional republic, we have checks and balances, and it requires control

of the presidency, the Congress, the courts, goes into filibusters, all kinds of things things which make it harder for let's say for

us to go full socialistic here in America it would make harder for those changes to happen

quickly and so we need to be aware of this in the end times thank God we live in a constitutional
