Master Games. Everybody, please welcome Erica Buuris. Hello there. We were just discussing

travel, woes and adventures and all of that fun. We're going to get to that, of course,

because one of our subjects of today's show is Essen. But how's it going today?

Things are good. For me, it's like ketchup. It's been like, okay, you got back from Essen.

You got back from travel. So no recovery time. Go back to work. So it's been a lot of,

so what happened while I was gone, guys? Okay, cool. That's where that is. Let's keep going.

I think for me, this is the first time ever. I had almost no jet lag on the way back.

I had extreme fatigue where my body didn't want to move. And I was tired at points. But I went back

to my normal schedule. Oh, you're good. I was passing out like so early each night. Just be like,

I will get there. I'm going to make it at least a nine. Yeah, I'll just go lie down just for like two

minutes. I didn't make it a whole bunch of nights. I got better. I think I got back to normal

around the weekend. But I was so tired. I was so tired. What does Google look at? They say it.

It's like one hour per day that you can readjust. That's what I was told to. It was like for each

hour, you're off. It's going to take you a day. I'm like, okay, guess that's the weekend.

Yes, indeed. When did you get back? Did you leave immediately after the show?

Or did you stay around to sightseeing? I didn't sightseeing too much on the back end. I actually

got in a couple days early to do Amsterdam first. But I went out like super early Monday morning

from Frankfurt, which was good because I got most of my day back because you know,
