As always, a heartfelt thank you and gratitude for supporting this podcast and for your comments and kind words on Instagram that we are still figuring out.

I think Julie is taking a course on Instagram and how to get more stuff out there

and trying to look for different opportunities and avenues to grow the podcast

and just continue being an advocate for mental health.

And I think I mentioned this last week.

It's such a privilege that people come from all different parts of the world, literally, for me to test them.

And it's truly humble.

And that's something I am mindful of and values that my parents assilled to me that I never lose sight of that humility.

And I view myself as a perpetual student.

And because I'm so anal with testing, it's why it takes a long time for me to

write the evals because I will never do a cookie cutter approach I customize every val individual

to the person so that's probably the word time consuming part but as I as I have learned

in the amount of time doing this,
