In this Green Alliance episode, we are delighted to bring you an interview with two of the inspiring authors long-listed in this year's Wainwright Prize.

I sometimes feel that I'm being reduced to the colour of my skin

and that I'm not being seen as a person with a natural interest or

enthusiasm for an experience of the outdoors in the way that is assumed if you're white

and doing something outdoorsy. And when I said, for the countryside, I'm always quietly asking
