Hello and welcome to today's episode of the Manifest Podcast. My name is Sarah

Proust. I'm a best-selling author. In fact, one of my most well-known books is

called Dear Universe. 200 mini meditations for instant manifestations.

And that book still sells like hot cakes.

It sells hundreds of copies every couple of weeks, which is kind of mind-boggling

considering that it's five years old already. There have been I think it's 150,000

books now that have sold internationally and it has been translated into at least 10 languages.

I've also got another book called Be the Love, which was more of an autobiographical, deeply personal book.

And the next book that I'm working on, I can't tell you the title yet,

but what I will say is that this book will support you each and every day to feel inspired

and uplifted and connected to the magic of the universe.

If you are somebody that has listened to me over the last six or seven years I am so grateful for the community that

always shows up with a sense of curiosity and intrigue if you will about all

things to do with manifestation and metaphysics and

spirituality. So the way that this show works if you are new here or if you've listened to me for a little while now, you know that I only

show up behind the microphone when I feel inspired to do so. And there's a reason for for this it's because I need to show up

when I feel clear and the transmission is ready to come through and so more often than

not I'm in the midst of doing something else whether it's like folding laundry or

cleaning the house or responding to emails or connecting with my clients and there's an

idea that lands an inspired idea it's like this what I call like a sacred trigger and I know that it's time
