I thought it would be nice to get out

and do the podcast under the stars.

I think it's important for your listeners to know that although we are on Montauk Highway we're on the south side of the

highway. We're south of the highway. Anyone who knows the Hamptons knows south

of the highway is the good side. It's a good side. And you're so significantly

south of the highway that you can hear the cars coming by. There goes one right now.
