You know, there's nothing quite like waking up to the news that you've been all waiting

for for, I don't know, a couple weeks now since

the Aaron Rogers thing has lingered in the air. But this morning, Tom Pelliserro comes out

with the report. And I will start the show by just reading these sweet words to you guys.

Pelliserro of NFL network, as you know, tweeted out this morning.

The Minnesota Vikings have rejected multiple trade calls on J.J. McCarthy telling other

teams they're moving forward with him as their quarterback.

The team plans to add a veteran, but they are not pursuing Aaron Rogers at this time.

McCarthy enters the offseason as QB1.

So there you go.

Sigh of relief.

Aaron Rogers, at least for now, will not be a Minnesota Viking.
