whatnot so today's topic is i'm going to focus on something that you might find ironic given my for those

you who follow the program I'm going to talk about emotions an emotional schema now why I say

it may sound ironic coming for me is because I completely de-emphasize emotions from a cognitive

behavior perspective uh he behaveions really have no part in the psychotherapeutic

process. And it's not because I lack empathy or don't care, but from a cognitive behavior

perspective, if you change thoughts or or you change behaviors either both either

one or the other the emotions are the byproduct and they will change as result of thinking differently
