You are creative. That is what excites me. That's what turns me on. And I am so proud of you.

You know, there are a few times during this competition that you mentioned your parents.

And it really touched me when you mentioned them. Because I think about kids around the world

who don't feel that they fit in here or they fit in there or what box they're supposed to fit in.

You've given them a road map. And I watched you in this competition grow and expand.

I am so proud of you. And I know your parents are proud of you too.

Because now they really understand what a gift you are to this world.

Well, it is not a season of RuPaul's Drag Race without RuPaul's talking through tears.

No, it's not. And you know, I feel like we've gotten a lot of tears from RuPaul,

whether it's the pandemic or whether it's, you know, the Emmys.

But I, you know, I got to say this is a moment that whether it was produced or not,

you know, we could really kind of suss out the sussness of these tears.

I think the gravity is worth it. It's worth the emotions.

Because what RuPaul is saying, and the phrase I want to pick out is you've given them a road map.

This relates to the conversation that we heard in the work room with Gottmick

and the other contestants about, you know, people that they saw on TV.

And I think what always gets RuPaul is people that don't fit in

and needing a place to feel like they do fit in.

And promoting and having a person on TV like Kate is,

I think something that is in line with something very deep with RuPaul.
