Wherever you are, I'm your host, Jeff Nado and we are back for another week, another

Sit Down, another great episode planned today and it's a great time of the year.

If you know about me and I'm a big sports better, we've got March, madness, it's March

and March brings a lot of basketball, a lot of hopefully money and more and we're getting

closer to the spring and summer months.

This is always great, you know, you get to the long months of winter and spring is getting

closer to springing.

So excited about that, we get another great episode of planned today, thanks as always

Blackjack Fletcher is just a little under the weather so I'm going to take on this episode

on my own.
