Hey, everyone, and welcome back on today's episode.

We will be discussing the addicted teenager in their family. You know, Ashley, addiction turns a family

0:24.5

upside down, whether our listeners have a teen struggling with addiction or they're walking alongside

0:29.4

another family in this situation, or even if you've discovered that your teen is drinking or

0:34.2

using drugs, but may not yet be addicted, you will find some helpful information

0:39.0

1:31.3

and physically reliant on it. And there is a difference in that. So what I want to talk about

1:37.8

today is drug and alcohol addiction because that has some overlap with those other types, but man, it is a monster that can

1:48.0

drag young people down. I think many people listening know if it's not their family, they

1:54.8

know a family that has one person or more that have really been just absorbed with the addictive behavior

2:06.0

and the intoxication and it just takes everyone down with them.
