0:04.0	Across the SCP community, and especially on this channel, there tends to be a lot of focus on the more horrific aspects of the SCP universe.
0:16.0	Anomalies that can easily kill and maim, nightmarish diseases or apocalyptic threats are generally more popular than other simpler phenomena.
0:29.9	There's nothing wrong with horrific SCPs, of course, but it's easy to forget that in a universe filled with anomalies, most of them are going to be fairly benign.
0:42.3	Specifically, in relation to today's video, there's going to be plenty of anomalous animals
0:47.7	that aren't capable of tearing apart buildings, but are still weird enough that they need to be contained.
0:56.0	That's where Wilson's Wildlife Solutions comes in, a small organization that has an agreement
1:02.0	with the SCP Foundation to take care of many of the more agreeable anomalous animals out there.
1:09.0	Let's take a look.
1:23.6	Wilson's Wildlife Solutions, or the WWS, has been in operation since 1997, founded by Tim Wilson in Boring, Oregon.
1:31.3	The organization consists of ecologists, zoologists, veterinarians, animal control specialists,
1:37.7	and environmentalists, and to the public, they can be called in to assist with any sort of animal issue in their surrounding county, such as deer blocking the road or raccoons that keep getting into the trash.
1:46.4	They also function as a wildlife rehabilitation center for sick or injured animals.
1:53.4	Unofficially, though, they also deal in the anomalous, thanks to the area they operate in being an anomalous nexus,
2:03.2	meaning that it's a bit of a gathering place for the strange and unusual.
2:06.7	The WWS operated on their own for a number of years, until an incident in 2008 brought
2:13.2	them under the official supervision of the SCP Foundation.
2:18.3	The incident concerned a polar bear that showed up in boring, which is unusual enough
2:24.2	in itself, except that this bear drew all of the heat from around it into its body, causing
2:30.8	it to glow and also causing snowfall in the area.
2:36.0	The team managed to capture the bear and put it into one of their recently finished enclosures,
2:41.0	paid for through their monthly bake sales.
