This is the audio version of this weekend’s interview with Femke Bol during our After The Final Lap show with special guest host Ali Feller of The Ali on The Run Show. The 22-year-old Dutch star set the first individual indoor world record at the TRACK at New Balance by going 65.63 seconds for 500 meters. That beats the fastest ever times indoors or outdoors. Femke split 51.4 through 400 meters before closing hard for the record. In this chat, we talked about that race, her thoughts on the evolution of the 400m hurdles and some other fun topics like what TV show she wants to be on after her career is over.
