But this is Donald Trump. He does things differently. We do not know what led to this

crash, but we have some very strong opinions. I put safety first. Obama, Biden and the Democrats,

put policy first. For Trump, the villain in this story was DEI, diversity, equity and inclusion.

Policies that the Federal Aviation Administration, or the FAA, had been using to create a more diverse workforce.

We have to have our smartest people. It doesn't matter what they look like, how they speak, who they are. It matters, intellect, talent.

Before investigators had a chance to look forensically at what caused the crash,

Trump suggested that those responsible were underqualified aviation workers

who were only given their jobs to fulfill diversity quotas.
