about the empathy they were able to feel in this moment and who has to audition for our empathy.

And we decided to get on Instagram live and talk about endurance,

like when it comes to watching a genocide unfold,

watching war, watching acts of war, watching acts of violence.

How do we be in relationship to that?

How do we sustain ourselves?

So the audio is not great because we're grabbing it off of that Instagram live conversation,

but it felt like such a beautiful and useful conversation that we're hopeful that it feels worth
