as the Cross Fit Games regional season quickly approaches. For this episode I got to sit down with

games head judge and seminar staff flowmaster Adrian Bosman. Adrian or

Bause as many know him has been a staple figure in the Crossfit community over the past

ten years, and he's played a key role in the evolution of the Crossfit Games seminars,

as well as the Games competition itself.

In this episode, we discuss how he first found Cross Fit and

came into these roles with seminar staff and the games, how judging has evolved

over the years as the games has grown, as well as his experience with the Row versus Baw's open

competitions over the past several years and why he loves training in his garage

gym and advice for those who are also building a gym in their home.
