Hey everyone, I'm not dead, and the show is still going.

However, this update is really late, and I wanted to tell you why.

Dr. Z and I had a baby.

His name's Rowan, he's impossibly tiny, and his hobbies include eating, sleeping, cuddling,

and shouting at us whenever one of those three things isn't happening.

So things around here have been quite exciting and quite busy thanks to our new addition.

And originally, the plan was to tell you about it shortly after you was born,

likely with Lion King music in the background or something.

Naaaah!

Yeah, like that.

But on Rowan's first night on the planet, when we were still in the hospital, my computer,

the entire thing the show was written, recorded, and produced on, died.

It just turned off, and wouldn't turn on again.

Not a light, not a fan, nothing.

So the first day home from the hospital was also a trip to the computer repair shop.

And it turned out that the BHP's computer had fried its own motherboard.

So it was either so happy that it died, or my baby is some sort of witch.

We're still trying to work that one out.

So we ordered a new computer, the one that I'm recording on right now, but the speakers

on that computer are busted, which has me leaning towards which.

And so the company is sending us a replacement for the replacement, and it should arrive next

week.
