I'm excited to be here today because today we are going to be talking about how to stop

comparing yourself to others.

Now, this is something that I have talked about here on the podcast from time to time.

And I've decided to dedicate a little bit more of an episode to it and really honed in

on this for a second because I feel like whenever I'm doing coaching and I'm talking to

my clients, this seems to come up quite a bit.

And I have to admit that this comes up too in my everyday conversations, my conversations

with friends, my conversations with family.

So this is a conversation that comes up just all the time comparing yourself to other people

and what it means to compare yourself to other people who specifically have more than

you or so you think have more than you.

People who are richer have a pretty girlfriend, people who are tall and handsome, comparing

yourself to people who have more in any area of life that you want it.

Maybe it's the person who has gone to promotion at work.

Maybe you talked to some guy and they made a lot of money in crypto and stocks and you're

jealous of them.

So I should say Envious.
