Summary

On this week's episode I'm telling Russ about the tragic murder of Kelsey Smith. Kelsey was an 18 year old girl from Kansas who had just graduated high school and couldn't wait to start college in the fall. She went to Target one night and was never seen again. It wasn't until police looked at the camera footage from the store that they discovered a truly sinister series of events!
