And we've been, Graham and I have been going through a series on the Day of the Lord.

And we are just progressing because the thing about the Day of the Lord that we have been going through is that the day of the Lord is

very complex. I think Graham, some of the things that we've been talking about is

that you know we know that many of the churches don't talk about prophecy and I

think often we tend to think oh the day of the Lord I don't really know about that

that's part of eschatology it's not really part of my daily life.

But yet, in reality, what we're finding is that the Day of the Lord has a lot of things,

but one of them is God's direct intervention in humanity.

But also, he sets it up to where, and we're going to talk about this today in a variety of ways,

but this is really how God's people connect with him in the past.

And the amazing thing for me is when I propose we do this, do this series, I've been digging in and I've been seeing things I never saw before and, you know, I never understood before. And of course, that's how it works, right? As you're digging in, you bring to teach to teach people, you're thinking, wow, I didn't see that. And one thing I have noticed, I have really surprised me, is, you know, because a lot of people, and I was, I suppose, you could say, I was like that, you think that the day of the Lord is just this eschatological day at the end of the days, you know, and when all the bad stuff happens and God rescues his people and poor judgment upon the rebellious.

But what we've seen in the study so far, Mono, is we've gone all the way back to Israel's beginning, the Exodus,

and we've discussed certain themes about the second Exodus, all there, the first Exodus, and it's all Day of the Lord language.
