I think everyone here would consider themselves nice people because it's just a reaction.

If I like you, I'll be nice to you.

If I agree with you, I'll be nice to you.

If you drop something, I'll probably go and pick it up.

But like, nice is like a reactive thing. I think kindness is a proactive thing. Nice happens like if I have the time, but kindness happens like if I intentionally make the time. I don't have to necessarily like you to be kind to you. I don't have to agree with you to be kind to you.

I don't have to agree with you to be kind to you.

You shouldn't have to drop your stuff for me to like help you in some way.
