2:52.3	Laura studies the role of bias and inequality when it comes to investment. We're talking angel investments and her new book is all about how we can position our own disadvantages in a way that work for us instead of against us.
3:05.4	And we're so glad to have her here with us to talk about her book in detail. Hello and welcome to the show. Laura. Now you study angel investment and what makes investors choose their preferred ventures to invest in what led you to write your book the edge.
3:19.3	It's funny because there were lots of people who were saying to me when I first started doing this work.
3:25.6	You know, I said, I want to study gut feel. I want to study how people make decisions and how they use their gut feel and their intuition and people were like, you can't study that.
3:35.2	You're not going to be able to convince people that this is rigorous in depth research.
