Every single person I know in this country right now is either sick, just got over being

sick, feels like they're in the early stages of being sick.

I know that's a weird thing to start out because we're going to talk about COVID and COVID

restrictions and now Biden's in it and why you should move and all these other things.

But I just want to pause for just a brief moment and say this.

We've become a nation of hypokondriacs now.

And this is what I mean.

Two years ago, before you ever heard of coronavirus, two years ago.

If you got the sniffles, woke up with a headache, low cough, whatever the case may be.

Okay, probably go grab that thermometer you keep in the house, stick it under your tongue,

check your temperature.

Am I running a fever now?

Am I sick enough?

Should I go to work?

Should I send my kid to school?

Is he okay?

I guess I should probably stay home today.
