I'm gonna tell you a little bit about me. I'm Josie Van Dyke. I am 28 years old. I have three children. I have been married for eight years. That's right, got married at 20 typical Utah girly and I started this podcast almost three years ago just as a

normal regular mom not an influencer not a content creator not a pod, just a mom who bought some microphones.

Started this and now here we are and that's that.

So now that you know a little bit more about who the guy am oh that's the other thing I sometimes swear so apologies if that's not your

thing I am trying to be better though here's the thing I don't swear in my day

today I don't swear around my kids I don't swear in my day to day. I don't swear with my husband

But I swear with my girls I swear when I'm with the girlies and we're talking trash and we're taking out the trash and this is where I do that.

So sometimes it might come up and so yeah,

this show could be explicit sometimes.

So maybe don't have little kids around.

I don't know.
