Hi guys, I'm Megan and I'm Sierra.

Welcome back to According to This week we are going to be talking about our Kansas City trip and kind of recapping everything that went down because we didn't actually vlog this trip like we normally do.

And then we also recently moved back to Iowa City so we can kind of talk about the

moving process and what we've been up to the last couple days. Getting back into the school year

just about we have, I mean by the time you listen to this, school starts Monday. So, and that's like

some classes, like some people have already started. So like we are pretty lucky that like we have

a pretty late start. But to kind of,

like, finish off our summer as far as, like, doing things, we decided to go on a trip to Kansas

City with our grandparents. So if you remember from the very first episode of this podcast, we

discussed kind of like what our plans were for the summer. And one of the things that we

talked about was going on a trip to Canada with them because for the past two years, we'd gone to

Colorado with them in 2017, and then we went to Tennessee in 2018. So we were like, okay,

let's continue the trend of going to, you know, different places.

And we were going to go to Canada, but things just didn't really work out that way.

I think we already briefly touched on why it didn't work out, but our dad ended up having surgery end of July because he had a herniated disc.

And so me and Sierra kind of played nurse a little bit.

He can't drive, so it was like we had to kind of be around to help him out with that. Not that he doesn't have other people

because his siblings have been helping out too, but it's just like easier because we don't have

like jobs we have to go to whereas his like siblings obviously do. So it was easier for us to

stick around.

We did have a couple, like we went to the lake one weekend,

and he was able to manage, and we went to Kansas City.
