So today as this episode comes out, it's September 30th, which I should know, because last week was September 23rd, and I pointed out that it was 100 days left in the year. And yet, somehow I had in my mind that this episode was going to come out on October 1st. So I got all excited and I wanted the episode to be all about the month and a new

month as fresh start. And then I realized that this episode does not start at the beginning of a month.

But you know what? If you're listening to this when it comes out, tomorrow is a new month. So maybe

tomorrow, which feels pretty amazing. I had a very rough August and September. I don't know that

I'm through some of the stressors that caused that roughness, but I think that maybe I am, and I am excited.

I also want to acknowledge that there were some wonderful things over the past few months,

and I never want to wish my life away.
