introducing the Ionic 3 next year and the Ionic 2 the year after. Hyundai is expected to expand

their EV lineup once Kea has had their moment in the sun. So we've just seen the new Hyundai Ionic 9, which is maybe a period of time after the Kia EV9 that is a little too long for Hyundai fans. But Kia got their first with the big three row. Now Hyundai have come, but in that waiting time, they have improved the vehicle. It's got a 10

kilowatt hour bigger battery, for instance, and a bunch more improvements. So could Hyundai do the same,

but with their small B-segment cars? Well, we're looking forward to finding out because the Ionic

3 is expected to launch next year according to

auto car and you know they're more right than wrong so I'm going to go with a very reputable

magazine's opinion the Kear EV 3 is a small crossover if you want to call it that but

regular listeners will know that I've called the Kia EV3, possibly the most important

vehicle of 2025. And we're not even in that year yet. And I'm aware that that's a big old

claim. But I think Hyundai Motor Group have absolutely nailed the ability to put the right

vehicles on sale in the right places at the right prices.

And that B segment is really important.
