We're doing classes every single day. You'll catch me on the mats as well, depending on the day that you get here.

But sessions are up in between performance and recovery group and jujitsu in the mats.

It's really cool, man. It's a lot of it's coming back to me. It's good to train. It's good to build that baseline of resilience.

And we had a lot of people who came here during the grand opening, got a little taste and who are signing up, including provost police officers, which is cool.

It's always cool to see police officers in here training.

So let's talk about a little bit about your background and then how you got into Sornex and all the things that you do.

Sure. Here's, if you don't know who Bert is, he should. The biggest thing that I've seen from you is your ability to bring people together in such a positive and impactful way.

And that's a combination of being a man of God, a man of faith, being a good human being, and then also the ability to network, like being a professional.

And it's reflected in your business and your equipment and all the cool things. We'll talk about the two of the unknown soldiers. It's a really cool story.

But let's hear about your background and how you get out. Sure. Sure. Yeah. So my dad was a lifelong lifter.

And when he was a little kid, he started building things, only child, mom worked all the time, dad worked all the time.

So they basically just told him, hey, you're not allowed to lead the house or the yard. So whereas a lot of other kids were getting this social interaction, he was kind of left to his own.

So he would lift weights and build stuff. Yeah. So kind of fast forward. He ends up starting this weightlifting equipment.
