So this is, I mean, this is kind of a unique podcast.

I've interviewed plenty of SEALs.

I mean, Jack Carr, Andy Stump.

But it's a little bit different because at the command level,

you do leadership with Estillan Front,

but in your military experience, you ran the training detachment that runs Navy SEAL candidates through Buds.

Correct?

I ran a phase of that, so the, you know, Buds is broken up into three separate phases.

So for people who don't understand how it works out,

seven months in length, there's very creatively named

first phase, second phase, and third phase of buds,

each of which are about seven weeks.

My third tour, after I did my platoon commander tour, I ran the third phase of buds, but I think

what you're probably hinting at is my last tour in the Navy I ran our wartime training

command so we call that training detachment one so that is the command that's

the charter of that command is you're putting all of the seal platoons on the west coast or the east coast.

Trade at one, west coast, trade at two east coast.
