This is Manhunt, finding Kevin Paul.

Two unsolved murders and two Liverpool families still waiting for justice.

She was happy and thoughtful and they always say that word thoughtful because she was.

She put other people first.

Every day it's there.

It doesn't go away at all.

We live with what happened.

You know, it'd just be nice to be able to say to them children

these people are now inside you know what they're doing whatever it's saying they

get. How many more of our children are going to be killed before us as a community

stand up and put these child killers away.

And one man's hunt to find a fugitive. I am on a journey and I don't exactly know

where it's going to take me. Quite frankly you could be anywhere.

I will do my utmost to try and find out.

I just think you've got to be careful, you've just got to manage those risks with care because I don't think the risk

that you face is from Paul I think the risks that you face are potentially

from those people who think that they're doing

parl a favour and it's in their interests to do parl favours.

As we stand here at the scene of the crime, I kind of really really want to get some resolution for those family members.

There is a very strong sense of injustice and anger that Kevin Powell is still at large.
