New life is precious. There's nothing like those first few weeks with your newborn baby.

It's one of the sweetest but also most challenging stages of life.

In this episode, we're sharing some of our best advice for surviving and hopefully thriving in the newborn

season.

As we're recording this episode, our second baby Emily is 10 weeks old and is

starting to really sleep through the night, which is such a game changer, but

we're right in the middle of surviving the newborn stage.

So we've been getting some questions about what that current season is like for us and also

questions from parents who have never been in the newborn season before.

Buckle up.

It's the best season and also one of the hardest seasons.

Like I said, buckle up. So since we're right in the middle of the newborn

stage right now surviving and thriving in the newborn stage and what a lot of people call the fourth

trimester because it's like yes the baby's out but the baby has

so many needs that they might as well be back in in a way there's still so much

they're needier on the outside most definitely needier on the outside. Most definitely needier on the outside. So since we're smack dab in the middle of that right now, we just thought we talk a little bit about that season and some of the things that we have learned are now that we're doing this a second time around,

things that we would do the same and different.

And just sharing some tips for people who maybe never experience the newborn stage before.
