Spring break is upon us down here in Florida.

It's interesting. Trying to to go anywhere any point in time

it's pretty much stop stay at home here stay at home i'm making a shake now but this time i put my

protein powder in it over there so i could do it neatly we've made a mess out oh my gosh it was

off coming in making it off the cuff and throwing it everywhere.

And then I got powder all over my arm.

I had powder everywhere.

I'm so cleaning it up this morning.

Well, the fit food is just such a good shake in the morning.

I actually put together a kit that we're going to be throwing out there is the

shake, the protein shake with the purple sticks. I never really put that together.

There's a kit before, but I have a lot of people ask me that like Austin,

sometimes the more out of time to make eggs.

I'm just I'm rushed.

I got kids.

I got this.

I've literally got to be in and out right now.

And I'm like, well, eggs are obviously the best breakfast. maxed out on time. Two or three scoops that fit food in a shaker with a purple stick.

It takes about 30 seconds to get it down.

You know, there used to be a product. There was an instant breakfast.
