I'm your host, Maddie A, and since I've been doing a few budgeting tips the last few

weeks like the three-prong budget approach in episode 25 and the 50, 20, 30 plan in episode

28, I've had a lot of you recently reach out and ask me, hey, Matt, what system are you using

or what application are you using for budgeting and finance tracking?

So I thought I'd share my top three picks for budgeting and personal finance applications.

I particularly use one and I use it consistently, but I have played around and kind of done some

research on all of these different ones, checked out a lot of the different reviews, and also

had some personal testimonials from other guests or listeners on the show that really like

some of these applications.

So I wanted to share my top

three personal finance and budgeting applications. Number one, home budget. This is a really

solid budgeting and expense management app on Android and iOS systems. And one thing that sets

this app in particular apart from others is it's got a really

neat family sharing feature that allows users to easily set a budget and then sync that income

and expense sheet between multiple devices so it allows you to create a budget manage income accounts

and then easily log and categorize those expenses over time. And you can track purchases.
