I've been liking this stack together.

You know, we put together the fit food and the purple sticks, kind of a morning shake.

I didn't get my eggs this morning i was up real early getting stuff prepped for the show and uh kind of just started doing a gh i fast right when i

woke up actually and now i was like i'm getting hungry again so i was going to run these two the

college gym what i've noticed it really does a good job especially if you're trying to cut back on

morning calories it really staves off your appetite because it's just straight protein.

I'm trying to cut up for summer again.

Well, it is Florida, and it is summer.

You know, I've got to get all these friends come down.

They always want to go to the beach lay out in the sun.

And we did all that when we were kids.

And I'm like, no.

I like the beach I don't mind sitting on an umbrella

you know when I clothes on with a hat sunglasses I'll tell you one thing that's fun to do and you can

still do it just go at the right time so it's not crowded it's really fun to take a four-drive vehicle
