This is Manhunt, finding Kevin Parle, a story of two murders, one fugitive, two grieving families, and one man's mission to give them justice.

I have a reputation for finding things out that certain

people don't want me a no and that's exactly what I'm doing. People have emailed me,

contacted me via social media, texted me as I try and paint a picture of what Kevin Paul is like.

He was a little shit. We always had an assembly in the morning and he was often at the front having been put there by teachers to make an example of him. He was a hard nut, always scrapping. I think as he got older and bigger he had a natural

fear factor about him and that gave him confidence. Met him when I was about 13 at Liverpool College. He became a good friend and he was a genuine nice person.

He was loyal to everyone, the kind of person who if he took him home to your parents would say, what a nice fellow he was. I've heard him described as a

gentle giant and I'd go with that. He had a broad-scouse accent but he was polite and

intelligent. If you met him, you've liked him. He was charismatic and very, very smart.

Kevin Paul is a dangerous man. He is thought to be involved in two murders. The police believe that he pulled the trigger that killed Liam Kelly and they believed that he was certainly there when Lucy

Hargroves was gunned down if not actually holding the gun himself. So if you're

thinking well there'll be people in Liverpool that will know exactly what's happened there and there will have been people I'm sure they've took the police off here but if Kevin Paul's ever caught and it comes to the stage where it's got to go before a court and they have to

stand up and almost point to him in the dock and say yes this is the man that

did these murders is that going to happen I don't. You came up to me as you said when? Monday evening.

Monday right. Had a press conference in London on Monday afternoon.

Right. Did some media interviews and then got on a train and we arrived at Liverpool Lime Street

just after 9 o'clock on Monday evening and literally stood at the ticket barriers and started leafing people raising

awareness from the minute we arrived in this great city.

Kevin Thomas Parl was born on May the 26th, 1980 to parents Joseph and Shirley.
