Dr. Brown, I just finished reading your book, Breaking the Stronghold of Food. And I must say it hit home.

Most of Nancy's feelings, my wife Nancy had co-authored the book with me. Most of Nancy's feelings

while being fat are exactly like mine. I've started my journey and feel so hopeful and encouraged

like never before. Here's the deal. Nobody close to me

understands, especially family, and they all need to lose weight also. I'm not pushing anything on

anyone else, simply on my journey. My first real challenge is coming up, and I wondered if you had

any advice, going at dinner at an acquaintance's house. How do I politely not eat what is on the table?
