Kevin Parle, now 37 years old and believed to be living abroad.

The families of Liverpool murder victims Liam Kelly and Lucy Hargreaves have been waiting more than 15 years for some kind of justice.

Merseys police have named Kevin Thomas Powell as someone they want to talk to

about her death. He's thought to be in Spain or America.

Despite numerous appeals, a £25,000 reward and pleas from Lucy's family,

no one has been brought to justice. But police say they're still

determined to find those responsible.

That's been sightings previously as far away as Australia and across Europe so if anyone

has any information I'd ask them to study the computerized images that

we've released

that previously been released let us know if you know where this person is.

For the last 10 years detectives have been trying to trace 35-year-old Kevin Paul.

They've released different images of what he may look like now.
