Also, Airbnb has been in the news a lot lately, and in not such a good way, we're going

to talk about the opportunity and hazards being involved on either side of Airbnb.

So Clark Stinks, this is where people get to give me feedback.

Just like giving me a nudge, a certain direction, sometimes really fired up at me, and other

times offering corrections to what I've said as an opinion, advice, or in our opening,

what I call monologue, talking about a topic where someone will disagree.

All right, Clark has a mild stink because he keeps referring to insurance, investment,

and other companies that overcharge their customers, but he almost never says the names of these

companies.
