My name is Bedros Kulean and we've got a great episode teed up for you today.

It is something that we talk about here often, but we're going to talk about in a very different way.

Now as you know here on the BK show we talk about three specific things that are the core values of what this show stands for and what I want to see you achieve in life.

Those three things are money, meaning, and self-mastery.

Now the thing we're going to talk about today is self-mastery, the work that is the highest value in terms of

return on investment, self-mastery, which ironically is also the work most people don't want to do. Because if I say, hey, get fit, get jacked,

make a lot of money, you're like, fuck it,

I could do that, I could work out, I could eat right,

I can make money and that will transform my life

and it absolutely will.

But that is something that I tell you because that is a long way of going around to fixing your life,

to getting over the traumas and all the shit that is holding you back and causing you to self-sabotage and all the vices

that you're taking and all the shit that you're smoking and drinking and television that you're watching

and the food that you're eating to escape the realities of life because they are fucking with you my friend right now

self mastery is the greatest work that any man can do period like more important than

making money more important than being fit,

self-mastery is about being able to heal from the traumas that you've experienced in life.
