Roscosmos, the Chinese program, and more, and also dealing with rival firms and

I begin with property because long ago in the 20th century, we all know, there was a Cold War and there was a space treaty hammered out, I believe, in the depths of the Cold War,

this is the late 1960s, and in there was language. I don't

have it in front of me right now, but language generally understood is that no one would be

allowed to take possession of property on the moon, on the moon. I don't know if they specified all non-earthly bodies or the

moon in any event. I come to the question of property. Recently, there has been more than one

commercial enterprise attempting to or actually landing on the surface of the moon to conduct experiments.

There are many more planned going ahead.

Some of them hired by NASA, some of them just private enterprise, looking to establish a

monetizing value.

What is the latest thinking about are you in possession of X number of feet or miles or square

miles around your lander? Do you own your lander when it's on the surface of the moon? Good
