Hey everyone. I'm Libby Switzer. Who is Libby Switzer? Well, I'm a lot of things, including the host of this podcast.

But today and every day, I am the daughter of Craig Berthold. He's an LCSW who's been doing counseling my entire life, and I'm 37, so long time.

Anyway, a few times a month I run into someone who knows my dad.

They've seen him in therapy or heard him speak at a conference and they tell me how great he is,

how he's helped them and how lucky I am to have him as my dad.

I agree.

I am lucky, but you're in luck too. My dad's learned a lot over

the years and one of the things he's learned is that sharing his knowledge is a gift he's been given,

and he is not about to hide that gift under a bushel. Nope, he's going to share it. He's got so

much knowledge in that big old head of his that teaches people to be happy to get free to love unconditionally

or to live in the white to get others hands off of their steering wheel to get rid of the

purple or to live a full cup life you probably have no clue what some of these phrases

meet but stick around he's about to teach you. I recommend listening to
