And most of it's really in pretty good shape.

Like it's been barely used at all.

And how about those gym memberships?

How many of us duck our heads and groan when we think of how often we've said that we go.

And yet we haven't.

Well, no worries.

In this study, our focus is going to be spent on

spiritual exercise remember what the apostle paul wrote to young timothy that bodily exercise

profits little but godliness is profitable for all things so if you ever feel guilty about

not using that membership well this might be a good verse to quote.
