I've been a customer for, I don't know how many years, way north of a decade.

And this, it's about your identity, protecting your identity and the various scams

etc and I wanted to and one that today I mentioned that the scam that's going around

particularly viciously and in great numbers is the IRS scam, which I'm getting that phone call at least every day,

if not several times a day. And it's a phone call from, quote, the IRS. And they are, and who's

ever on the line, actually it's a recorded phone call and it says

press number one.

And they make it like, whoa, you're in trouble.

There's a warrant for your arrest and you have to deal with it right now.

So I call because I love dealing with those folks.

And vulnerable people have a problem with this.

A couple of things.

The IRS never calls you.

They do it by mail.
