1:35.5	reviewing a final rule to benefit the public will think, oh, this must be terrible to
1:42.1	have to tell people the truth about what they'll really pay for an airline ticket before
1:46.5	they buy it.

1:51.6	And there's homework you should be doing anyway before this proposed rule that I hope goes
1:56.9	into effect actually happens.
