Hi everyone. Welcome back to the Work Play Love podcast with Jesse Thomas and

Lauren Fleshman we are back from a about four-week hiatus I think for challenge Roth a couple other races or one other race in

heobron challenge heobron but basically Lauren and I were apart for four weeks and

we did not bring the recording equipment with us because neither of us

had an extra even pound and a half in the various bags that we brought to Europe.

Nope.

So sorry about that, but we've got a lot of stuff

to talk about.

And I assume, I hope that we're pronouncing it correctly because it might be wrote. It's wrote depending on I mean if you're German. Okay. That's how people were saying it at least when we were there. Yeah, I think it's acceptable.

Anyway, we just got back from a long trip at Challenge Roth, which is, as your, as Lauren said, race in Germany.
